It’s ambiguous about establish the Society of Thai Colo-Rectal Surgeon of Thailand because the society is the group of people who are interesting and have same purposes. Also, established the society doesn’t control by the law. On the other hand, the society should set of regulations, vote of exclusive, and members. If hold to one’s principles that the society of Thai Colo-Rectal Surgeon of Thailand has been establish before The Royal College of Surgeons of Thailand. Regarding to the representative from Colo-Rectal Surgeon group was a member of The Royal College of Surgeons of Thailand including the test for approving the membership card of Rectal surgery(at that time) before established the Royal College of Surgeons of Thailand.

Nowadays, find that the society of Thai Colo-Rectal Surgeon of Thailand have “the regulation of the society of Thai Colo-Rectal Surgeon of Thailand” address in 1997. That indicated the society of Thai Colo-Rectal Surgeon of Thailand have been establish before 1997.

From the beginning, Thailand had only test for “approving the specialist of Rectal Surgeon”. Chulalongkorn University is the first institute where have opened the Colo-Rectal training since 2001 and given “the diploma of Colo-Rectal Specialist”. That time had just 3 doctors who were come to train (this is one year training) including Dr.Ton Kongpensook(Diploma), Dr. Teerasan Tantitemit (approving card), and Dr.Yongsun Wongviwatsaree(approving card). They was going to train at the same time, same curriculum, and same duration time but they could not get the same diploma because the potential training at Chulalongkorn University at that time can provide one diploma by draw lots who could have a test for diploma and another would get approving card.
